Garbage Man is about Donald Trump and how much of a garbage human being he is. Fun fact; the "step over the bodies" line was meant to be more hyperbolic, as I wrote it in 2017. At the time it was intended to highlight his past callousness, not the 200K+ Americans he has since allowed to die by intentionally mishandling the pandemic. So that's cool.
